One-Day Research Paper Writing Workshop । एक दिवसीय शोध पत्र लेखन कार्यशाला का आयोजन

दिनांक 16 अप्रैल 2025 को रोहतास महिला कॉलेज, सासाराम में आईक्यूएसी एवं हिंदी विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में शोध पत्र लेखन कार्यशाला का सफल आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यशाला कॉलेज के प्राचार्य प्रो. सुधीर कुमार सिंह जी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई। कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य छात्राओं को शोध पत्र लेखन की तकनीकों, संरचना और प्रकाशन प्रक्रिया से परिचित कराना था। कार्यशाला का संचालन हिंदी विभाग के सहायक प्राध्यापक एवं जनकृति अंतरराष्ट्रीय पत्रिका के संपादक डॉ. कुमार गौरव मिश्रा ने किया, जिन्होंने शोध पत्र के विभिन्न खंडों, जैसे शीर्षक, सार, परिचय, कार्यप्रणाली, परिणाम, चर्चा और संदर्भ, स्कोपस, वेब ऑफ साइंस डाटाबेस, गूगल स्कॉलर, एकेडमिया, रिसर्च गेट, इम्पैक्ट फेक्टर, पीयर रिव्यूड जर्नल प्रोसेस इत्यादि को सरल और प्रभावी ढंग से समझाया। उन्होंने लेखन में स्पष्टता, साहित्यिक चोरी से बचाव और शोध हेतु विभिन्न सॉफ्टवेयर एवं पोर्टल के उपयोग पर भी प्रकाश डाला।

कार्यक्रम में आईक्यूएसी समन्वयक डॉ. अमरजीत कुमार, संस्कृत विभाग की आचार्य प्रो. सावित्री सिंह, राजनीति विभाग की सहायक प्राध्यापिका डॉ. सीमा कुमारी, समाजशास्त्र विभाग की सहायक प्राध्यापिका डॉ. स्वाति कुमारी सहित बड़ी संख्या में छात्राओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। कार्यशाला में दो नमूना शोध पत्र (एक हिंदी और एक अंग्रेजी में) प्रस्तुत किए गए, जिन्होंने प्रारूप को समझने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। संवादात्मक प्रश्नोत्तर सत्र और समूह गतिविधियों ने प्रतिभागियों को सक्रिय सहभागिता का अवसर प्रदान किया। डॉ. अमरजीत कुमार ने कार्यशाला के समापन पर सभी को धन्यवाद देते हुए कहा कि यह आयोजन शोध के क्षेत्र में गुणवत्तापूर्ण लेखन को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। प्रतिभागियों ने कार्यशाला को अत्यंत उपयोगी और प्रेरणादायक बताया। आईक्यूएसी ने भविष्य में ऐसी और कार्यशालाओं के आयोजन की योजना बनाई है।

On April 16, 2025, a Research Paper Writing Workshop was successfully organized at Rohtas Mahila College, Sasaram, under the joint aegis of IQAC and the Hindi Department. The workshop was conducted under the chairmanship of the college principal, Prof. Sudhir Kumar Singh. The objective of the workshop was to familiarize students with the techniques, structure, and publication process of research paper writing. The session was facilitated by Dr. Kumar Gaurav Mishra, Assistant Professor of the Hindi Department and Editor of Janakriti International Journal, who explained various sections of a research paper—such as title, abstract, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and references—as well as databases like Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Academia, ResearchGate, impact factor, and the peer-reviewed journal process in a simple and effective manner. He also highlighted the importance of clarity in writing, avoiding plagiarism, and utilizing various software and portals for research purposes.

The event was attended by IQAC Coordinator Dr. Amarjeet Kumar, Prof. Savitri Singh from the Sanskrit Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Seema Kumari from the Political Science Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Swati Kumari from the Sociology Department, and a large number of enthusiastic students. Two sample research papers (one in Hindi and one in English) were presented, which played a significant role in understanding the format. Interactive Q&A sessions and group activities provided participants with opportunities for active engagement. At the conclusion, Dr. Amarjeet Kumar thanked everyone, stating that this event was a significant step toward promoting quality research writing. Participants found the workshop highly useful and inspiring. IQAC has planned to organize more such workshops in the future.

• Akanksha Srivastav – Political Science (Sem 4, Batch 2023-27)

Today’s workshop was held at Rohtas Mahila College by Dr. Gaurav sir ( Department of Hindi) and this work shop proved to be very important for our future. We were known about the research paper to be held in our 4th year. In this work shop, first of all we should know what is the role of research paper in the 4th year and why it is important for us. Then what is the difference between research paper and research article? How is research paper written and how is research article written, we will learn during this workshop.

How research paper, thesis and article are written, we will learn in detail in this workshop. What can be the topics for research paper, what can be the formats of research paper or articles, we learnt all this during this work shop. And we also know about some sites like web of science, scopus, search gate, academia, google scholar etc Through which we can write research papers and learn about it.

How research papers are written, from where and how can we get references, from which sites we can take help, how can we put our research paper on the site, i.e. what all processes take place through which our research paper can be written and put.

In today’s work shop we got to learn a lot of things and came to know a lot of things so that we can prepare the research paper ourselves in the coming time. I got to know a lot during this workshop and also learned a lot during this workshop. I would like to thank Guarav Sir for organizing this workshop and would also like to say that such workshops should be held in our college in future as well from which we can learn a lot.
